The company was established because a genuine gap was identified in the still fledgling, agency-led Irish Recruitment market: The need for a Recruitment Consultancy. Brightwater's professional, specialist approach was enthusiastically embraced and within 5 years the company became one of the 5 biggest employment agencies in Ireland.
