Business Development Manager
Key Objectives of the Role:
· Managing the sales process to win new clients
- Set Sales and Business Development Strategy – Direct and InDirect
- Develop new business by achieving and growing sales with a selection of clients and prospective clients.
- Work closely with product development in idea generation and provisioning of new services for delivery to clients
- Develop customer proposals and contracts
- Present proposals and propositions to prospects in overseas markets
- Lead both Direct and indirect sales Channels activity on a daily basis
- Manage contract and customer relationship until it is handed over to an operational account manager
- Support the identification of new business opportunities in line with Company objectives
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in business development / sales role preferably in an outsource business environment.
- Experience in working with Partners and Alternate sales Channels
- Proven record of achieving or bettering targets and bringing in NEW business
- Experience in selling solutions and or services
- Relevant business degree or professional qualification desirable
- Excellent analytical skills essential
