Business Development Manager

Key Objectives of the Role:
 
·        Managing the sales process to win new clients
  • Set Sales and Business Development Strategy – Direct and InDirect
  • Develop new business by achieving and growing sales with a selection of clients and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with product development in idea generation and provisioning of new services for delivery to clients
  • Develop customer proposals and contracts
  • Present proposals and propositions to prospects in overseas markets
  • Lead both Direct and indirect sales Channels activity on a daily basis
  • Manage contract and customer relationship until it is handed over to an operational account manager
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities in line with Company objectives 
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years experience in business development / sales role preferably in an outsource business environment.
  • Experience in working with Partners and Alternate sales Channels
  • Proven record of achieving or bettering targets and bringing in NEW business
  • Experience in selling solutions and or services
  • Relevant business degree or professional qualification desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills essential
Salary
  •  OTE bonus / commission
