Create SMART action plans for the team based on ES yearly guidelines and VAT compliance, track progress on completion and deliver resolutions within agreed timelines.
Continuous improvement of level and quality of employees (development, coaching, improve fit in job & team)
Ensure resolution of open VAT audit issues
Identify and deliver on opportunities to reduce VAT cash flow and outlays for the business.
Manage various ongoing VAT related projects.
Support European VAT audits in conjunction with the Corporate Tax Team. Increase the level of control/ VAT reconciliations and introduce self audit initiatives.
Establish and agree on annual cost budgets, monitor and implement.
Work closely with VAT stakeholders to ensure best practices are deployed across the organisation.
