Best Companies to Work For
The annual Best Companies to Work For survey is part of an initiative started by the European Commission in 2003 in order to recognise and reward best
workplace practice. Identical studies are carried out in 15 EU States and the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe are selected annually from these national
surveys. Organisations that enter the survey are evaluated using an employee survey and a questionnaire looking at its corporate culture, which were carried
out between September and November each year.
Brightwater was placed in the Top 10 Best Companies to Work for in Ireland in 2005,
2006, 2007,
and again in 2008.
