Our client, an award winning company based Belfast is looking to recruit an

The Administration Assistant job holder will work as part of this fantastic Belfast team and their role will include:
• Inbound customer calls • General administrative duties • Arranging appointments • Customer call backs - outbound calling • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
• 4 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade C including Maths and English • Excellent IT skills including excellent knowledge of MS Office • Organised with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally • Highly motivated, excellent team player and ability to work on own initiative Current driving licence
• Belfast location / public transport accessible or FREE PARKING • Opportunity to secure a role with a highly reputable company • Fantastic opportunity to secure for this temporary role for 6 months with the excellent probability of being extended
