Our Client, a globally recognised Food Manufacturer, is keen to add an experienced Personal Assistant to assist within the Director team. The successful candidate will take on full responsibility for assisting a minimum of 2 Executive Level directors. This role requires an individual who has a strong level of recent experience in this area, preferably in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Diary management at Director level – including organising meetings and taking minutes • Arrange travel and accommodation with occasional travel to assist at meetings • Screen calls, emails, post and all other correspondences • Maintain and manage all business contacts globally • Handle extremely sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • All other duties as required

Experience required

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar Director level. • Strong IT experience including all Microsoft packages. • Experience within the same industry is desirable but not essential. • Full Driving licence as travel may be required • Flexibility to travel on occasion
