My client, an award winning insurance company require multiple Customer Service Agents/Claim Handlers to join their busy Belfast city centre team on a fixed term contract. This is a fantastic job opportunity for the right candidate to join an impressive company on a fixed term basis with an excellent opportunity to become permanent

The Job

• Delivering a high standard of customer service to all customers • Working to reach all performance targets, including sales and quality, taking personal responsibility and ownership for delivering on individual and team objectives. • Answering all questions from our customers and escalating any issues where appropriate

The Requirements

• 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English • At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar Customer Service, Sales or Customer Management role (Insurance Claims Handler experience is desirable but not essential as full training is given) • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks • Strong presentation excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent computer skills i.e. word, outlook and excel
