My client, a leading utilities in Belfast city centre have an unmissable opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The Job

• Working as part of the Accounts Receivable team • Ensure all customer details and records are accurate and handled effectively within agreed timescales • Customer contact by phone and email, handling queries, taking payments, direct debits • Assist resolving queries, including processing refunds • Liaise with internal departments and to provide administrative support accurately, maintaining reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, weekly/monthly account reconciliations • Always ensuring excellent customer service

The Requirements

• Relevant experience working in a busy office environment, either in a finance or customer accounting environment • Experience dealing with high volume of customer account enquirers • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential • Excellent IT skills including MS office • Experience using Microsoft Excel application is essential
