Our market leading manufacturing client, with over 60 years’ industry experience are currently seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and nurture existing customers in the export markets. Based out of their Antrim Offices there will be a salary of £30,000 per annum on offer for the successful candidate. You will provide excellent levels of customer service and assist in the effective development and execution of a robust sales and marketing strategy aimed at expanding the dealer base and increasing the company profile.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture existing relationships with the established dealer network • Manage sales orders from key accounts and liaise with them on specific changes, ensuring paperwork is accurately completed and that all interested parties are fully aware of specification changes • Set up regular meetings either in the territory or at factory for each of the accounts so that progress can be monitored • Build and maintain strategic business partnerships with both dealers in target export markets that will ensure the development of long term contract business and the expansion of sales and marketing opportunities for the company’s products • Provide technical guidance, negotiate dealer contracts as applicable, and determine pricing and delivery requirements with Key Accounts • Provide input from Key Accounts on various marketing materials and attend relevant exhibitions and trade shows, building brand awareness for continued growth of sales with dealers • Attend regular sales meetings and produce sales activity reports and other information as required by the management team in order to inform sales, financial and operational planning • In conjunction with the Sales Manager, develop and implement a Marketing business strategy for the business • Responsible for developing and maintaining company promotional material ie the design, production and coordination of marketing material including advertisements, brochures etc

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience within a key account/customer services/sales role (ideally within the construction/manufacturing/engineering sector • Experience working in an export environment (desirable) • Exceptionally well developed interpersonal skills with a friendly yet professional manner • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Evidence of effective organisational, planning and time management skills For more details on this job or more similar opportunities, please contact Ryan McMahon on 02890 325 325 or r.mcmahon@brightwaterni.com
