My client, a well-known law firm located in Belfast are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary ongoing contract with the possibility of extension or permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable firm with a vibrant team

The Job

The Legal Secretary Job holder will work as part of the busy Belfast firm and they duties will include: • Provide a full secretarial function to solicitors • Typing up legal documents and preparing court documents • Handling telephone and emails on behalf of the solicitor • Audio Typing and Digital Dictation • Assisting with other departments as and when required • Any other ad hoc administration duties (filing, photocopying etc.)

The Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a law firm • 4 GCSE’s or equivalent Grace C or above to include Maths and English • Competent with Microsoft Office • Audio/copy typing • Litigation experience essential • Excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the phone
