My client, a leading FMCG company are looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative on a long-term temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role with an excellent friendly professional team environment, excellent training given, excellent rate of pay

The Job

Working in a busy dynamic environment you responsibilities will be as follows: • Dealing with a high volume of Inbound and outbound calls, placing orders etc • Supporting field sales reps in areas for order capture and query management • Resolving queries in an efficient time frame • Contact existing customers and maintain relationships • Communicate / coordinate warehouse, despatch and accounts department • Ensuring accuracy upon customer accounts.

The Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 year’s customer service experience in a busy target driven office environment (Customer service/Sales environment) • 6 months experience in working with CRM technologies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills • Strong team working skills • Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • FMCG background would be desirable but not essential
