Here at Brightwater we are delighted to be assisting our client with the temporary recruitment of an Administration Assistant role. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a fast paced, multi skills team based in Belfast.

The Job

Duties of the job will include: • Answering all incoming calls, dealing with queries and transferring to the relevant person • Providing support to several different areas in the business on different days • Providing administration support to the team • Updating and maintaining filing and systems

The Requirements

The successful candidate will: • Extremely strong Microsoft skills – mainly Excel • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy including proof reading skills • At least 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise a very high demanding workload based on which team needs assistance on daily. • A high level of confidentiality with a very sensitive workload If you feel this role is right for you and you would like to apply, please send you most recent CV outlining how you meet all the essential criteria.
