My client, a leading and rapidly expanding software company are currently seeking a Head of Sales to help build out their distribution channels in EMEA, to include; direct sales, resellers and agencies. Working closely with all internal stakeholders to help develop a clear and coherent sales and coherent Sales & marketing strategy the successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of achievement and the ability to close business in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of an Agency partner model which will be rolled out across the UK and American markets • Oversee individuals responsible for individual EMEA channels whilst providing direct management of these channels when required • Help develop a re-seller programme to help increase revenue through selected 3rd party re-seller and affiliates • Oversee the effort to identify and develop relationships and new business opportunities with digital and creative agencies to on-board them into the agency partner programme • Refine and add to as needed sales and product training to enable the sales team to compete effectively in the marketing automation market

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 8 years’ sales experience in a technology-based industry with at least 3 years of sales management experience • Previous experience in multiple channels of distribution and a demonstrated record of achievement • Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills For more information, please contact Ryan McMahon on 02890 325 325 or r.mcmahon@brightwaterni.com
