Our client is a long-established Lisburn based financial services company with clients across the UK and due to continued growth have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Financial Services Administrator, responsibilities include:

Managing everyday administrative duties and tasks in aid of supporting the company’s financial advisors Monitoring and processing new business applications for senior team members Assisting with client valuations, key client reviews, meeting preparations, policy and contract alterations, etc. Actively liaising and engaging with clients and product providers

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within a Financial Planning / Financial Advisory environment is essential Excellent communication skills – client-facing and whilst working as part of a team Experience in maintaining and managing a diary system and providing administrative support to directors and senior staff members Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
