Town Planning Officer – Development Management Team Job in NI Are you looking to further your career with one of the largest private sector employers of town planners in Europe?

The Company:

Brightwater are working closely with our client, a large private sector company who provide outsource assistance to local authorities in a range of area’s including Town Planning (Development Management, Policy Planning and Enforcement Planning)

The Role:

Working in the Development Management Team you will be assigned a range of planning applications ranging from change of use, extensions and renovations through to new build private housing, large social house schemes, tourism, commercial and mixed retail schemes. You can also work with more than one local authority giving you a range of urban, industrial and countryside development experience. Every day will be different working on a wide range of applications across the country.

The Person:

If you have the essential criteria below, and want to work for a progressive company then this will be the right role for you: • Minimum of 1 years previous experience in a Town Planning role. • Degree in a Town Planning or related subject. • Ability to act on own initiative, to plan and prioritise and manage own work to meet client deadlines and deliver successful outcomes. • Be a key team player.
