  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Making high volume outbound sales calls to domestic customers
  • Working both independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve set individual and team sales targets
  • Identifying leads and developing relationships over the telephone
  • Take part in Sales Team Meetings, producing activity reports and findings
  • Providing informative and accurate information on all services available to the customer
  • •Remain up to date with all relevant company information to include special offers/discounts
  • Update customer information timely and accurately on the in-house computer system
  • Obtaining new business while always maintaining the integrity of the company, remaining professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Delivering on sales targets whilst following all relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance
  • Essential Criteria

  • Minimum two year’s previous domestic or commercial telesales experience
  • Five GCSEs to include Math and English
  • Previous experience meeting and exceeding sales KPI’s and targets
  • Computer literate with previous experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience reading from scripts or selling in a regulated environment will be an advantage
  • Personal Attributes

  • The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, thriving in a KPI and target driven environment<.li>
